I recently took a Segway Tour in Chicago….I fell in love and not off the Segway. I want to own one…note to self add to lottery dreams list!
You watch a safety video and get fitted for your helmet before heading out for a quick lesson on how to use the machines. I was a bit apprehensive at first as one the other riders was having trouble catching on (she did fine in the end until…I’ll get to that). I got the hang of it pretty quick surprising my daughter 1:17.
we rode a bit before coming upon this installation of legs by this time I was comfortable enough to take pictures while riding.
then on through the Chicago Marathon setup…we were riding the day before the race; to the Field Museum,
And a brief rest and a Chicago Polish and no I did not “want that other sauce”.
Ketchup is frowned upon. I like mustard on my dogs so I was in good standing.

does this Segway make my butt look big
Great time had with the Best Daughter Ever!
Oh yeah what happened to the other rider…she almost fell when I abruptly exited my Segway. Sorry!

@cjEureka Thanks CJ!
I've wondered about these, but my husband and mother said I would not be able to balance myself well on one of these since I have chronic vertigo. But it looks like fun and it looked like you were having fun! What's with those legs?!!! I guess I'll have to stick with my rolling walker with a seat, although it would be nice if it had a motor too! Thanks for stopping by and leaving me a comment on my blog! I'm sorry you didn't get one of my masterpieces (atc), but I was eyeing how you made yours. Reminds me of "serendipity paper." =0)
@Rushd Lady I love it so much I looked into buying one. They have 3 wheeled ones...when I hit the lottery...that would be the one I'd buy.
Yes Serendipity paper is just what this is. Everything old is new!
