Sadly we will all need to make and send a sympathy card at one time or another. I made this one for a friend whose mother passed away, my heart goes out to her.
I used a beautiful stamp from the Thomas Kincaid collection from Cornish Heritage Farms ; I stamped it in Sepia Versafine on glossy cardstock that had been brayered with Autumn Leaves Kaleidacolor pad. I then cut some satin ribbon and stamped on it “With Sympathy”. Since the Versafine would not dry on the glossy cardstock I covered it with a acetate sticker and added the “dew drops”The inside verse says:
I pray that in a very special way the Lord will comfort you today.
