My Stay At Home House Journal

A friend suggested that we create a journal of these Corona Virus Times and I chose to create mine in the shape of a house since we were advised to stay home.

Page Starts

I am following along with JournalArtisita on Youtube as she creates in her Composition Book journal. I created these pages following her techniques. If you want to see how these were made you can on my Youtube channel: https://youtu.be/HrqMkHfv-pg

When I do this again I will most likely leave out the sharpies. More layers to come....

DIY 2oz Paint Bottle Storage

Come along with me as I make some paint storage that hangs on my pegboard. But it can also sit on a desk. Watch the video and let me know what you think.

High Cost of RX (not Craft related or is it)

The high cost of prescription drugs has hit home. Last year my eyecare provider prescribed drops that cost $675 out of pocket (due to deductible not being met). I discussed with him that this prescription was very high and was there anything else. He said that they all went up in price.

I am happy to say this is not true. I was able to find a drug in the same class as the one originally prescribed that will cost me $50, a savings of 74%. This is how I did it, I was able to search for drugs for my condition (just google) and then price them on Anthem.com my insurance company's Website. My doctor was agreeable to the switch. Take the time, due the research and save some money.

Now back to our regularly scheduled craft postings. Especially since I have more money in my craft wallet.
