Palenttini Collection

From my Stampaway haul I have colored up a Palenttini Face It Stamp two ways. A lighter Skinned version and a Dark and Lovely version! The stamp is sold by Technique Junkies.

I used Primacolor and the Lyra Skin Tone set of colored pencils and some Gamsol.

for the whites of their eyes I used  a mix of colored pencil and Signo Uniball gel pen. Tip: put the gel pen down first. To add some more strands of hair I used Faber Castel Pitt pens.

to make the eyes pop I went over the stamping with .03 Acurit Professional Technical Pen.

And then following a Splitcoaststampers Tutorial for double matting layers I created two cards. I used my Misti and some Tim Holtz Runway stamps to decorated one of the layers.

The paper is from PaperTreyInk. The ink MFT Hybrid. Here is a peek at the inside just waiting for my sentiments.

I had to jump right in and make some things before I put these stamps away!

Stampaway is coming!

I made this card to leave behind for my husband.

IMAG0236

I will be at the 20th Anniversary Stampaway Convention for a few days this weekend. This is the rubber stamp convention that I attend each year. I can’t wait to see my friends and play with all the goodies we get.

This was made with a Stamp and Die set from My Favorite Things Stamps called First Class Friends. The Designer paper is from Prima’s Nature Garden line.

Happy Mother's Day!

IMG_0445 Here is my mother's day card to all the mothers!

May God bless you! A close up view shows the sentiment which reads "Thank you for being a gift in my life, loving without conditions, giving all of yourself."

IMG_0449  May your children rise up and call you blessed! And may their father find a way to make this day special for you!

I stamped this with Marvy ink and colored it with copic markers. The border is a new punch by Fiskars that is a corner and border  punch all in one.
